Shipping Information

Standard delivery items are usually delivered within 1-3 working days, an estimated delivery date will be displayed once you have added your delivery address details at the checkout.

We only dispatch orders on week days (Monday to Friday) and we do not dispatch items on weekends or bank holidays.

Our items are delivered Monday to Friday, however, if required we may be able to make special arrangements with our courier (extra charges may be applied). Please contact us for further information.

At times of peak demand, orders containing cushions may experience a short delay due to manufacture.

How will my order be delivered?

Someone will need to be available to receive, check and sign for orders containing larger items.

Large, heavy items (such as garden furniture sets and large barbecues) are delivered on a pallet to the nearest publicly accessible kerbside of your property. For these items, please ensure you have the resources/assistance required to take them into your property.

Some couriers have the option to leave your delivery in a safe space. If you require this, we recommend getting in touch before ordering.

How can I track my order?

When your item has been dispatched you will receive an email with the courier details and a tracking number. You can follow the link on your email to see when your item will be delivered and if it has been delayed.

Is delivery free?

We offer a free delivery service on UK orders over £20. Orders below £20 will incur a £2.99 delivery fee.

Refund & Return Policy

We encourage you to get in touch with any queries you have about our products, service or delivery. Our lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. 

Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about an item or simply not like how it looks when it arrives, and so returns are accepted within 30 days.

If you need to return any item, please get in touch with your order number and reason for return. Await confirmation and then ensure your name, address and order number are included with the package. When returning an order, ensure you choose a delivery service with a tracking number.

Items must be returned in their delivered condition, unused and in original packaging (i.e. unbuilt and boxed suitably for courier transit). You may be responsible for the cost of returning items to us.

Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If your order has not been delivered or has arrived damaged, please contact immediately to discuss further.

Thick Luxury Foam

The Seat Pad Cushion is filled with expert foam which provides a robust base. This thickness enables elevated comfort whilst also preventing the cushions from becoming flat over time.

The foam is loaded onto a specialised piece of machinery and compressed to squeeze inside the cushion shell. By producing the Seat Pad Cushion this way, we can create plump, enduring cushions that provide years of comfort.

Quality Fabric and Sewing

Polyester is a man-made fibre that boasts resilience and the ability to withstand a great deal of wear and tear, making it the ideal fabric for Alfresia Luxury Cushions. Similar to cotton, polyester holds dye expertly and maintains its shape for a long duration. Yet unlike cotton, polyester is not absorbent and dries speedily, enduring light summer showers. However, we always recommend storing your cushions indoors when not in use and wiping clean with a cloth.

Please note that the filling size is an approximation as cushion size alters over time and with movement and pressure. Our Luxury Cushions have been coated in fire-retardant solution, along with the foam, to ensure safety.
