Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before midnight on the day of ordering. Anything later, there is a risk your order will not get cancelled in time.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We aim to get back to you within 24 hours.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

While all orders to UK mainland addresses are delivered for free on orders over £20, orders to non-mainland locations may be subject to a supplemental delivery fee. This is to cover the extra cost of delivering to these regions.

Delivery areas subject to this supplemental charge include Northern Ireland, some Scottish regions, Scottish Highlands, Channel Isles, Isles of Man; Wight, Scilly, Orkney and Shetland (postcode areas beginning: AB, BT, HS, IM, IV, KW, PA, PH, PO, ZE).

If you live in one of these areas, please contact our customer service team, who will be able to provide a quote for delivery. Occasionally, we may be unable to deliver certain products to remote regions.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard delivery items are usually delivered within 1-3 working days, however, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery of your order.

We only dispatch orders on week days (Monday to Friday) and we do not dispatch items on weekends or bank holidays.

Returns

How do I return a product?

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about an item or simply not like how it looks when it arrives, and so returns are accepted within 30 days.

If you need to return any item, please get in touch with your order number and reason for return. Await confirmation and then ensure your name, address and order number are included with the package. When returning an order, ensure you choose a delivery service with a tracking number.

Items must be returned in their delivered condition, unused and in original packaging (i.e. unbuilt and boxed suitably for courier transit). You may be responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
