Standard delivery items are usually delivered within 1-3 working days, an estimated delivery date will be displayed once you have added your delivery address details at the checkout.

We only dispatch orders on week days (Monday to Friday) and we do not dispatch items on weekends or bank holidays.

Our items are delivered Monday to Friday, however, if required we may be able to make special arrangements with our courier (extra charges may be applied). Please contact us for further information.

At times of peak demand, orders containing cushions may experience a short delay due to manufacture.

How will my order be delivered?

Someone will need to be available to receive, check and sign for orders containing larger items.

Large, heavy items (such as garden furniture sets and large barbecues) are delivered on a pallet to the nearest publicly accessible kerbside of your property. For these items, please ensure you have the resources/assistance required to take them into your property.

Some couriers have the option to leave your delivery in a safe space. If you require this, we recommend getting in touch before ordering.

How can I track my order?

When your item has been dispatched you will receive an email with the courier details and a tracking number. You can follow the link on your email to see when your item will be delivered and if it has been delayed.

Is delivery free?

We offer a free delivery service on UK orders over £20. Orders below £20 will incur a £2.99 delivery fee.

Refund & Return Policy

We encourage you to get in touch with any queries you have about our products, service or delivery. Our lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. 

Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about an item or simply not like how it looks when it arrives, and so returns are accepted within 30 days.

If you need to return any item, please get in touch with your order number and reason for return. Await confirmation and then ensure your name, address and order number are included with the package. When returning an order, ensure you choose a delivery service with a tracking number.

Items must be returned in their delivered condition, unused and in original packaging (i.e. unbuilt and boxed suitably for courier transit). You may be responsible for the cost of returning items to us.

Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Cast Iron Cooking Area

The barbecue has an expansive cooking area of 77cm (W) x 42cm (D). Boasting a griddle and grill area in superior enamelled cast iron, Everest barbecues are ideal for specialised cooking. A removable drip tray below the main body keeps all the fat and fallen pieces in one place to ensure cleaning is easy.

Side Shelves for Extra Surface Area

Two side shelves increase the preparation area and offer a convenient surface to hold cutlery or plates until your food is ready. A bar is integrated into the lid to hang cloths on and hooks are located on one side to hold utensils. There's also a lower shelf behind the fabric front panel that is perfect for storing the gas bottle when the barbecue is off (ensure the gas bottle is moved away from the barbecue during use to reduce the risk of fire).

Powerful Performance

The domed stainless steel roasting hood has a built-in temperature gauge and a wire warming rack to keep an eye on the heat and keep food warm after cooking. The two wheels to one side make it easy to tilt and roll into position to start cooking, and to store it away again when not in use. Regulator not supplied.
